Course Content This two-day (12 hour) course has been developed specifically for experienced food and beverage service providers in the Hospitality Industry or those who have recently been/are to be appointed to Food and Beverage Supervisors/Managers. With every customer having the right to first class service this course will enable you to enhance your current skills, knowledge and experience so that you may further improve your contribution in raising the profile and standard within this exciting and rapidly growing industry.
This course will offer an opportunity for you to clearly focus on providing a top quality service. By becoming involved in a series of exercises directly related to proactive customer service, care and relations you will understand the procedure for setting quality standards applicable to your very own place of work.
What with your participation in a series of practical workshops, including the customer meal experience, dealing with complex complaints and incidences and the understanding of food costs, profit margins and how to maximise revenue generation, using successful up-selling techniques, you will be aware and confident of everything that is necessary to provide your customers with a 5 ***** service, whilst continuously improving your own career opportunities.
