In 1997 our consultant took the formal teaching position of Training Restaurant Manager/Instructor at Aberdeen College where led the implementation of the 'Hospitality Assured' Award for Customer Service Excellence (offered by the HCIMA and British Hotel Association). It was here that Brenda remained until 2000, leaving to set up Perform Training & Consultancy.
The primary aims of Perform Training & Consultancy are to promote careers in hospitality.
