CONTENT: When
a customer asks you for a medium-dry
wine do you
The course aims to enhance your
current skill level, in order to increase customer service concentrating on
increasing knowledge level of wines
on the list offered in your establishment.
By
the end of this one-day course you will be able to categorise your wine list
into style and prominent grape variety as well as understanding the techniques
involved in matching food and wine successfully.
You will also develop a list of at least 3 wines from the wine list in
operation at your place of work, which will match each dish item from your
current menus.
