Course Title 2:SALES AND SERVICE FOR THE WINE PROFESSIONAL

COURSE CONTENT: This eighteen (3 x 6) hour, tutor - led course has been specially developed for beverage service providers in the Hospitality Industry. It aims to enhance current skill levels in order to increase customer service standards; will provide fundamental product knowledge of the wines of the world; and will provide effective techniques for increasing sales and revenues.
The course will be tailor-made to suit each individual business, taking into account the specifics of that particular place of work. It will include participation in a workshop, enabling the attendees to match successfully, the wines from their wine list with the menus available. It will involve plenty of participation and interaction, including a series of role-play exercises to further promote learning and provide experience of upselling.

New World (South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and America)

Upselling Exercise: Skills and Tested
Techniques to Transform Potential Sales into Revenue

COURSE FEES: £950.00 (in-house). Cost includes course development and delivery, supplementary support materials and all wines for tasting session. (A discount of £50.00 is applicable if the wines are provided for tasting by the establishment - maximum of 8 wines required). Extra wines may be incorporated if desired by the establishment.
